Rimini Italy – Hotels and Things to do

Grand Hotel Rimini by Rochelle CarrThree weeks ago, (on a fluke pit-stop off the highway on our road trip back to Switzerland to return the rental car), I found a lucky penny and a few special shells on the beach in Rimini Italy. In addition to my feel good lucky penny, I was pleasantly surprised to discover an amazing “off the beaten path” Rimini town all jam-packed with some great hotels, really good food, beautiful beaches, hoppin’ night life, and an antique motorcycle museum with over 200 motorbikes. I wish I was headed back to Rimini this week to join my fellow travel bloggers for the Travel Bloggers Destination Italy!

Definitely, walk the boardwalk, take a ride on the ferris wheel (or “pleasure wheel” as it was called in the olden days), lay in the adriatic sun in August, people watch, hold hands with someone new, someone special, or someone you just met, and dance the night away at some of the best clubs in the world. I would have never known it existed had I not found that lucky penny. We stayed for two days. I wanted more. ENJOY!
